Mark Frey has a long history with the web. Since the late 90's he's been involved with the internet in both higher education and agency environments, sometimes even holding the coveted title of Web Master.

Mark is committed to the world of open source development. He's been a co-organizer of Drupal Pittsburgh since 2009, and has been actively participating in the Drupal community for years. Mark understands that in a world of rapidly changing internet technologies, the best strategy is to share our knowledge with the world, and trust that our friends will do the same.

When not applying himself to the intricacies of code, Mark can be found serving on the board of the East End Food Co-op, and occasionally pulling turnips at One Woman Farm in Valencia, PA. He lives in the Park Place neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Katy and daughter Laurel.
